I set up Robert Gamlen Homes in April 2003. The aim was to carry out individual refurbishments of interesting character buildings and to build high quality homes for discerning customers.

Many of the properties are full of character with the vast majority sold prior to completion of the building work. We care for our customers and are happy to tailor to their requirements whenever possible.

All of the properties that we build have very high degrees of insulation and are very energy-efficient. Future schemes are likely to include ground source heat pumps and provisions for rainwater recycling.

Our policy is to continue to strive to provide well-designed and built, energy efficient homes, for all our customers across all price ranges.
